As a Sales Development Intern, you'll spend 10 weeks embedded in a high-performance sales environment, working alongside SDRs and Account Executives to build pipeline, sharpen your sales craft, and see firsthand what it takes to close deals in the government technology space.

Prior internship, campus job, or leadership experience in a customer-facing, sales, or business development role
Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar sales tools
Coursework or extracurricular involvement in sales, negotiation, marketing, or business development (e.g., sales competitions, business clubs)
Interest in or knowledge of the public sector, local government, or civic technology

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
