SDE 3

5–7 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed backend systems.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and scalable data storage patterns.

Strong proficiency with React.js and modern frontend development practices.

Good understanding of distributed systems, system design, concurrency, caching, and scalability.

Experience designing, reviewing, and implementing scalable software architecture.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern deployment practices.

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, observability, monitoring, and production debugging.

Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting high-quality code reviews.

Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, or similar) as part of daily engineering workflows.

Good understanding of LLM-powered workflows, RAG systems, OCR pipelines, or Agentic AI is desirable.

Experience with enterprise ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

Exposure to ETL pipelines, AWS Glue, Airflow, webhooks, API gateways, or batch reconciliation is an added advantage.
