Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor lifecycle records.
• Track transactions and operational workflows across internal systems.
• Support client data ingestion and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Handle internal operational tickets related to vendor requests and process changes.
• Perform platform fee reconciliations and maintain accurate reports.
• Maintain operational trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and data requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Filters Conditional Formatting

• Comfortable working with web-based tools such as Retool, HubSpot, Metabase, Postman/API tools, and Google Workspace .

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
