About the Role

What You Will Do
- Support daily stand-up meetings to align team members on daily tasks.
- Maintain the project backlog by ensuring tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Monitor project boards to track assignment progress and identify potential delays.
- Assist with sprint planning by gathering data and documentation.
- Document key decisions and action items from team meetings.
- Help teams follow internal protocols and agile practices.
- Collect and organize performance metrics for process improvement.
- Coordinate across functional groups to manage cross-team dependencies.
