About the role
Support the investment team with organization and tracking of project workstreams.
Work closely with investment professionals in a fully remote team.
Help manage schedules, communications, and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
What you will do
- Maintain detailed project timelines and update task lists to reflect current progress.
- Coordinate virtual meetings between internal teams and external project partners.
- Organize project documentation and archive digital files for accessibility.
- Draft status reports for leadership covering recent developments and upcoming milestones.
- Monitor project budgets and flag potential deviations to the management team.
- Research regulations and market conditions relevant to the Saudi Arabian infrastructure sector.
- Support preparation of presentation materials for regular reviews.
- Track action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to refining internal project management templates and processes.
What we are looking for
- Strong interest in project management within the finance or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a professional investment environment.
