Scrum Master

Awetomaton is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams in delivering high-value products and services.

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Scrum Master, Product Owners, technical team members, and stakeholders to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, support effective Agile practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, passionate about Agile ways of working, and eager to grow their skills in servant leadership, facilitation, coaching, and Agile delivery.

This position will initially work under the guidance and mentorship of a Senior Scrum Master while progressively taking ownership of team-level responsibilities.

An active TS/SCI clearance is preferred ; however, clearance sponsorship may be available for highly qualified candidates .

This position will be performed at our corporate office in Beavercreek, Ohio.

We are actively considering candidates for an August 2026 start date.
