Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Airline domain experience is mandatory
- Scrum certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, Agile delivery, backlog support, and blocker removal
- Experience working with product teams and cross functional delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and vendor management skills
- Crisp, structured, and executive ready communication
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Outcome driven mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident in constructively challenging teams, vendors, and stakeholders when required

Compensation
- Pay: AED14,000.00 AED17,000.00 per month
