Responsibilities
- Test AI/ML applications, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools
- Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and reliability
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing
- Conduct prompt testing and response validation for Generative AI applications
- Identify AI hallucinations, bias, ethical risks, and edge case failures
- Prepare test cases, test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation
- Work with data scientists, developers, and product teams to improve model quality
- Verify training datasets for quality, completeness, and correctness
- Monitor AI system performance after deployment and report anomalies
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- Understanding of AI/ML and data driven systems
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- API testing experience using Postman or Swagger
- Hands on experience with Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages
- Experience in chatbot or LLM response validation is an advantage
- Understanding of data validation and model evaluation metrics
Pay
- AED 13,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
