AIQ is looking for a Scrum Master to enable engineering and product teams to deliver predictably and improve continuously. The role involves facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching teams on agile principles.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives), keeping them effective and time boxed
- Coach the team and wider organisation on Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles, fostering self organisation and accountability
- Identify and remove impediments that block the team's progress, escalating where necessary
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, well refined backlog and clear sprint goals
- Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and surface risks and dependencies early
- Shield the team from external interruptions and help manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and concrete action items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5 10 years of experience in software delivery, including hands on experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks
- Experience with agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Scrum certification (e.g. PSM, CSM) preferred
