Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support a development team of around 10 members in applying Agile and Scrum principles effectively.
- Coach the team on Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
- Monitor team progress, identify risks, and support effective delivery planning.
- Promote transparency through effective use of Agile metrics and reporting.
- Encourage collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Help improve team processes, workflows, and communication practices.
- Support the team in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.
- Facilitate discussions around technical challenges, dependencies, and process improvements.
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Proven experience supporting software development teams using Scrum methodology.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and team dynamics.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile workshops.
- Ability to identify blockers and drive effective resolution.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed and remote teams.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working in HealthTech, SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven industries.
Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
Experience supporting teams through Agile transformation.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
Experience using Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, burndown charts, and flow metrics.
Previous experience working with product managers and technical stakeholders.

Compensation
- $80000–$100000 depending on experience and qualifications.
