Schools ICT Engineer

This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands‐on experience within an education environment, working closely with end users and technical teams.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while directly supporting teaching and learning through high‐quality ICT services.

The ideal candidate will be driven, customer‐focused, and enthusiastic about delivering high‐quality ICT support within an educational environment, with a strong track record of problem‐solving and delivering results.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server)
• Experience supporting hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting in a managed environment
• Familiarity with mixed Apple and Microsoft environments, including basic Apple device support
• Experience building, configuring, and deploying end‐user devices across different operating systems
• Good understanding of networked printers, including MFD devices
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support non‐technical users
• Proven problem‐solving ability with a proactive and organised approach
• Experience working in an IT support or customer‐focused environment (education experience desirable)
