School HR Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all school roles with the Principal and school leadership team.
• Provide employee relations advice, coaching, and mediation to managers and staff.
• Oversee payroll inputs, contract renewals, attendance management, and personnel file maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, MOEHE requirements, and Nord Anglia HR policies.
• Manage employee visa renewals, residency processes, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate annual appraisal and performance review processes.
• Support managers with goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Partner with the Principal on workforce structure, compensation, and people priorities.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the school community.

Successful Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Five to seven years of HR generalist or management experience, ideally in a school or service-led environment.
• Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment legislation, and immigration processes.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Skilled in HR systems and data management; SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
• Culturally aware and empathetic, with the ability to work in a diverse international setting.
