About the Role
IQ Nursery is hiring a Bus Assistant to ensure the safety and well-being of children during daily transportation. The role requires previous experience with children, fluency in Tagalog, and valid permits including ITC Bus Permit, EDC Certificate, and COC.

Responsibilities
- Accompany children during daily bus trips to and from the nursery
- Assist children in safely boarding and exiting the bus
- Ensure all children are seated properly and comply with bus safety procedures
- Supervise children throughout the journey to ensure their safety, comfort, and well being
- Conduct a thorough check of the bus after every trip to ensure no child is left behind
- Work closely with the bus driver and nursery management to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations
- Report any emergencies, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
- Comply with all nursery transportation policies, safety regulations, and procedures
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in Tagalog (spoken) is mandatory
- Valid ITC Bus Permit
- EDC Certificate
- Certificate of Conformity (COC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Responsible, reliable, and able to remain calm in emergency situations

Job Overview
- IQ Nursery is looking for a Bus Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of children during their daily transportation to and from the nursery while following all safety procedures and the nursery's transportation policies.
