Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursery branch
- Lead, supervise, and develop the branch team to ensure high performance
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Ensure compliance with the nursery's policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and professionally address their inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and overall performance
- Ensure operational excellence and achieve branch performance objectives
- Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure efficient branch operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a nursery, school, educational center, or in a similar managerial role
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
