Scheduler (168583)

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Other responsibilities include –

Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and work programs through SAP systems

Monitor progress and support performance reporting requirements

Liaise with Defence customers and internal stakeholders regarding daily/weekly/monthly maintenance requirements

Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure documentation and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time

Maintain compliance with Ventia safety, quality and environmental standards

Required Skills and Experience

Experience working within a maintenance, defence, industrial or asset management environment will see you succeed in this role.

Experience in scheduling, planning or coordinating maintenance activities

Solid Microsoft Office skills (SAP S4 Hanna – highly regarded)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem solving and organisational abilities

Good team player with a positive and can do attitude
