- Manage Go To Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
- Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify competitive product solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to develop new fragrance solutions
- Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles
- Define consumer insights strategy to gain competitive advantage
- Manage execution of olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Communicate and maintain awareness on market developments and competitive insights
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research, or relevant discipline
- Excellent olfactive communication skills – discriminate, describe, and odor memory
- Ability to identify potential fragrance or technology solutions based on market relevance
- Solid understanding of market/consumer trends and consumer behaviors/preferences
- Fragrance ingredient and technology understanding
- Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and stability risks
- Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented
- Fluent in English

Job Summary
- IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences.
- As Scent Design Associate Body Care, you will collaborate across functions to contribute to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, and consumer solutions.
- The role is based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage Go To Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies.
- Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities.
- Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles.
- Consumer Insights strategy: define what to learn from consumers to gain competitive advantage.
- Manage the execution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with (internal) stakeholders.
- Communicate and maintain awareness on market developments and competitive insights.

- Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and assess stability risks.
- Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research or any other relevant discipline.
- Fluent in English.
