Overview
- Supervise all
- scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
- on site
- Ensure scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with
- approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for
- scaffolding requirements and planning
- Ensure all scaffolding materials are
- inspected, certified, and fit for use
- Monitor workforce to ensure
- safe working practices and proper use of PPE
- Conduct
- toolbox talks and safety briefings
- for scaffolding teams
- Ensure compliance with
- HSE regulations, ADNOC standards, and international scaffolding codes
- Identify hazards and implement
- risk control measures
- Ensure proper
- tagging system (Scafftag)
- is implemented and maintained
- Stop unsafe activities and report
- incidents, near misses, or violations
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate inspections with client/consultant
- Lead and manage scaffolding teams effectively to meet project deadlines
