About the Role
Aguas de Valencia seeks a SCADA Engineer to lead the SCADA team and provide technical support for water operations. The role involves maintaining SCADA applications, preparing reports, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

Responsibilities
- Act as lead of SCADA team and main focal point of contact for coordination for the activities of the operation and maintenance teams
- Act as a technical and systems analyst addressing complex technical solution matters
- Provide specialist technical knowledge, maintenance and support for SCADA applications
- Facilitate and foster strong technical partnerships with internal and external technical staff
- Maintain detailed knowledge of business processes supported by SCADA applications
- Ensure version control of all configurations is maintained to ensure audit compliance
- Prepare and extract the daily flow report and upload it to share point after review
- Prepare and extract the monthly SLA & MESR and KPI reports
- Extract the daily FRC report and review it then upload to share point
- Update the CM tracker and coordinate with maintenance team for all pending works
- Prepare the weekly and monthly assets failure list for meeting
- Update the daily major site activities & events
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation systems and SCADA (inclusive environmental of operations)
- 5 years (minimum) in automation of industrial systems and programming of SCADA systems
- Integration of systems of automation and PLCs (Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron, Allen Bradley, Emerson,…)
- More than 1 year of experience in analysis of data and improvement of process of production
- Experience in management of system of integration of process (Wonderware, WinCC or similar)
- Previous experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, telecommunications, industrial (in this case with specialization of integration of industrial systems)
- UPDA registered / or willing to obtain
- English (Advance)

- Maintain detailed knowledge of the business processes supported by Water’s SCADA applications.
