- UPDA registration (for Engineers) or ability to obtain

Job Description
- Review customer/client requests for proposals (RFPs) and determine project requirements.
- Work with fellow proposal engineers, procurement, engineering, and project management teams to develop project scope, timeline, budget, and technical solutions.
- Research and analyze project data, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive information.
- Develop detailed project proposals and cost estimates that meet customer requirements.
- Create project schedules and timelines that identify critical milestones and delivery dates.
- Coordinate proposal development efforts with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring that each is delivered on time and meets all customer requirements.
- Participate in pre bid meetings, site visits, and other customer meetings as required.
- Prepare technical and commercial clarifications as required.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal development efforts, including all relevant documentation and correspondence.
- Commercial Bid Evaluation and Total Cost of Ownership analysis and preparation including logistic cost, warranty, after sales service, certifications and criticality.
- Assures Cost, Quality and Delivery of purchased goods are within the standards of the company.
Job Specification
- Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in EPC and O&M tenders/contracts in drinking water and wastewater in GCC countries.
- Well experienced in preparation of tender/proposal documents, quantity surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East Procurement
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics, Savings and Contracts
- Experience in developing proposals, bid packages, and cost estimates for waste and water management projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each project meets customer requirements.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage proposal development efforts effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Must be able to handle multiple task in an intense environment while remaining calm and collective.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
