Role Overview
The Demand Planning Analyst coordinates and aligns demand planning activities across Upstream and EMPS planning regions and business units.
The role works across EMTech, EMPS, Upstream, Procurement, Supply Chain, sites, and supply planners.
Planning Coordination
- Drive consistent execution processes for regional and business-unit demand planning activities.
- Analyze demand, inventory, supply, consumption, and lead-time data to identify deviations and corrective actions.
- Lead demand planning meetings and align demand planners, supply planners, sites, EMTech, and Procurement.
- Liaise across EMTech, EMPS, Upstream, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Forecast Process
- Lead the end-to-end forecast process and generate statistical forecasts.
- Align changes to demand and supply plans, assess lead-time implications, and update historical shipment data.
