Role Description
Support cross-functional business teams by managing contracts and executing day-to-day contract and obligation administration activities.
Ensure ExxonMobil, its affiliates, and contracting parties meet applicable contractual guidelines and obligations.
Business Scope and Support
- Maintain and oversee contract and obligation administration across the relevant portfolio.
- Interpret contract language, terms, and conditions into administrative actions.
- Provide ongoing process, administrative, and analytical support to Upstream, Gas and Power, and EMTEC.
- Build knowledge of supported businesses, tools, and processes.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve contract-related issues with contract owners and other interfaces.
- Provide support and requested reports to business lines, supervisors, and other interfaces.
Contract and Procurement Execution
- Manage executed contracts, obligations, and amendments in relevant systems and monitor contractual obligations.
- Create, maintain, and update purchase orders and agreements with correct system setup.
- Track renewals, expirations, amendments, and other contract milestones in accordance with company and legal standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and suppliers to support timely deliverables and issue resolution.
