Main Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Relationships and Customer Service during and after the sale
- Develop a deep knowledge of the Zegna collections to advise customers on styling and total looks
- Contribute to store Visual & Image
- Maximize sales through retail operational excellence
Customer Relationships and Customer Service
- Provide memorable luxury in store customer service experience by following the Zegna Selling Flow.
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset in developing the business.
- Consistently and effectively networks to attract new customers and develop a customer database.
- Consults with customers to discover their needs.
- Anticipates customers’ expressed and unexpressed needs and wants.
- Creates opportunities for customers to experience multiple Zegna brands, products and total looks.
- Promote Zegna Su Misura service.
- Utilize company provided technology to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Leverage Zegna Stories to support the selling ceremony.
- Collates useful customer data in accordance with Zegna CRM procedures.
- Cultivates future customer connections with Zegna.
- Takes ownership of resolving customer issues or complaints.
Collection
- Develop in depth knowledge of Zegna products, craftsmanship, fabrics, made to measure and style evolution.
- Advise customers on styling of total looks.
- Solicit customer feedback on products and collections.
- Keep up to date on store stock situation.
- Perform customer garment fitting and alteration measurements.
- Understand the required standards and skills of Su Misura service.
Visual & Image Management
- Demonstrates consistently high standards of personal grooming.
- Follows Zegna product and gift packaging standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.
- Ensure in store visual merchandising adheres to Zegna Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Support Visual Merchandising set up of store windows and displays.
Team
- Actively communicate customer, product and other store information within the store team.
- Support the orientation of new staff through acting as learning coach or buddy.
- Train other team members on new products.
- Maintain good teamwork to enhance overall team morale.
Sales Management
- Measure own performance using Zegna customer service and sales KPIs.
- Work with the store team to execute action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Propose service, product, visual and operational improvements.
Store Operations
- Adhere to Zegna store operations and time and attendance policies.
- Follow directions on store operational tasks including stock room, inventory, cashiering, reporting, guest beverage service.
- Adhere to Company policies and rules.
Education, Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge
- High school qualification
- 2 to 4 years’ retail sales or customer service experience
