About the Role
The employer is seeking an experienced SAS AML Developer or Build and Development Engineer.
The role designs, develops, implements, enhances, and supports AML monitoring solutions in a banking and compliance environment.
The role works with Compliance, Business, Data Warehouse, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams on regulatory and compliance technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAS Platform and SAS Viya applications.
- Maintain SAS AML 7.2 and higher solutions, including monitoring scenarios, alerts, workflows, and reporting.
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL, ETL, data integration, and Python automation solutions.
- Translate business, regulatory, and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, deployments, validation, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate across Compliance, Business, Data Warehouse, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Vendor teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and implementation artifacts.
- Support change management, release management, and application governance.
