About the Role
Lead strategy, product development, business transformation, and execution across blockchain, cryptocurrency, tokenization, and digital asset ecosystems.
Translate complex blockchain concepts into commercially viable solutions for senior stakeholders, technology teams, financial institutions, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
Strategy and Delivery
- Define and execute blockchain and digital asset strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives involving cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, stablecoins, CBDCs, digital securities, custody, wallets, exchanges, and decentralized finance.
- Develop business cases, operating models, product strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive blockchain-based product development from concept and MVP through launch and scale.
Technology and Partnerships
- Evaluate blockchain technologies, protocols, platforms, architectures, smart-contract platforms, consensus mechanisms, wallets, custody solutions, and tokenization frameworks.
- Partner with financial institutions, fintechs, blockchain platforms, technology providers, and digital asset ecosystem participants.
- Assess opportunities in tokenization, payments, settlement, cross-border transactions, digital identity, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
