Role Overview

Strategic Leadership

• Lead post-upgrade optimization and continuous improvement for S/4HANA Finance modules, including FI/CO, PS, TRM, Cash, and OpenText VIM.
• Coordinate finance projects with outsourced development teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop a three-year finance technology roadmap using new S/4HANA capabilities.

Operational and Technical Delivery

• Lead finance business process reengineering and month-end close optimization.
• Design and deploy real-time financial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex finance issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert for S/4HANA Finance configurations and customizations.
• Oversee integrations with external planning, consolidation, and financial systems.
• Lead testing, validation, automated controls, and audit trails for finance enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• At least eight years of total SAP Finance experience with at least three years of hands-on S/4HANA FICO experience.
• Proven S/4HANA post-upgrade optimization and finance transformation experience in newly upgraded environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
• CPA or an equivalent finance certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and consolidation is preferred.
• Knowledge of RPA tools for finance process automation is preferred.
