- Experience working in an agile/PRINCE2 project environment delivering solutions/software/products
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at once
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to travel globally on an ad hoc basis

Position Overview
- EPI USE Labs is a technology company providing software solutions and services focused on SAP systems.
- As a Project Manager in the PMO, you will learn both EPI USE Labs Kinetic (ELK) and industry standard PM methodologies.
- You will deliver projects across multiple geographies for a range of specialised projects.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of projects from 'sales to project team handover' through to 'project close'.
- Working in a client facing environment with clients in multiple industries and multiple locations.
- Covering all administrative duties on projects to free up consultants’ time.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, identifying project risks, developing risk registers and producing RACI models.
- Accountable for delivery of documentation to customers.
- Assisting with the final development of our own agile project management methodology (ELK).
- Acting as a mentor to junior members of the PMO.
- Attending User Group events promoting EPI USE Labs’ PMO services.
- Building relationships with key client stakeholders.
Experience And Skills Required
- 5+ years working in a Project Manager role, preferably within the SAP industry.
- Experience working in an agile/PRINCE2 project environment delivering solutions/software/products.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- A 'quality first approach' with good eye for detail.
- Ability to present effectively to clients using PowerPoint.
- History of delivering small to medium sized projects.
- Flexibility to travel globally on an ad hoc basis.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Advantageous Skills
- Previous experience working with data or in a data management related role.
- Experience working with or exposure to any of EPI USE Labs’ software portfolio.
- Multilingual, especially Spanish, Italian, French and Scandinavian languages.
- BA Degree/Hons/MSc/MBA qualified in any discipline.
- SAP experience within any SAP discipline.
- Recognised Project Management certification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP, MSP, PMI, PMQ).
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate PM qualification.
- Project Management memberships/associations.
Compensation And Benefits
- Full time permanent position.
- Expected 5 10% travel to customers.
- Hybrid or remote working considered; attendance to offices at least quarterly required.
- Market related salary.
