Role Overview
Experienced SAP Project Manager role focused on large-scale SAP implementations and legacy ERP migrations in the Middle East market.
The role leads client-side program governance and serves as the main interface with the system integrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the client-side PMO for the SAP rollout across group business units.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during the three-year Oracle EBS and SAP parallel run.
- Track system integrator deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.
- Coordinate cross-functional business leads and run steering committee reporting.
- Drive organizational change readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of IT project management experience.
- At least 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle EBS to SAP migrations.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- SAP Activate certification is required.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and vendor management skills are required.
- Middle East or GCC market experience is required.
