Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that project activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- The role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- n: Assist project managers and teams in coordinating project activities and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Help in tracking project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, schedules, and correspondence. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for all project-related inquiries, communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and distribute project updates, meeting notes, and reports in both languages.
- Scheduling & Planning: Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and events for project teams. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and logistical requirements.
- Resource Management: Help track the allocation and utilization of project resources, ensuring they are efficiently used according to project requirements and timelines.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Help monitor project risks and issues, ensuring that they are logged, tracked, and reported to project managers. Assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Client Interaction: Support communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. Participate in client meetings, ensuring all documentation and communication is provided.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering regular project status reports and progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget & Financial Tracking: Help monitor project budgets and expenses, working closely with project managers to ensure financial compliance.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with logistics, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related materials.
- Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications by maintaining effective tracking systems.
