- : Assist project managers and teams in coordinating project activities and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Help in tracking project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document Management
- : Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, schedules, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Communication
- : Serve as a key point of contact for all project-related inquiries, communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members in both

• Scheduling & Planning
- : Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and events for project teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and logistical requirements.
- Resource Management
- : Help track the allocation and utilization of project resources, ensuring they are efficiently used according to project requirements and timelines.
• Risk & Issue Tracking
- : Help monitor project risks and issues, ensuring that they are logged, tracked, and reported to project managers.
- Assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Client Interaction
- : Support communication with Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Participate in client meetings, ensuring all documentation and communication is provided in Arabic.
