Role overview
Lead the shaping, governance, and delivery of a strategic SAP change portfolio.
Cover ERP, supply chain, data, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
Translate complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes and decisions.
Workplace
- Hybrid role requiring three days in London.
Core responsibilities
- Align business demand, technology strategy, delivery capacity, investment priorities, and resource allocation.
- Make pragmatic decisions balancing short-term business needs with long-term platform health and upgrade readiness.
- Lead technical debt remediation, Clean Core initiatives, ERP upgrades, continuous improvement programmes, and large-scale business change.
- Manage complex dependencies, third-party suppliers, and multi-vendor environments while maintaining governance, quality, and financial control.
- Develop roadmaps that anticipate future business and technology requirements, reduce delivery risk, and keep SAP platforms scalable and supportable.
- Build relationships across technology and business teams and empower delivery teams to raise risks and issues early.
