Job Description
The company is a fast-growing applied AI business that builds and deploys AI solutions into workflows across regulated and high-impact industries.
The Forward Deployed Engineer will join as an early delivery hire, work closely with the founders, and take ownership of client engagements as the team develops.
The role covers the full lifecycle from understanding client needs through solution development and adoption.
Location and Working Arrangement
- The role is based in Cambridge with a hybrid working arrangement.
- Travel to Cambridge and client sites is required when needed.
Compensation
- The advertised compensation is £65,000 to £70,000 plus bonus and equity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with clients to uncover operational challenges and identify where AI can improve workflows.
- Build full-stack applications, integrations, agents, and AI tools.
- Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
