SAP Identity Analyst

Please note: This position has a hybrid work arrangement . On average, this means 1 day on-site per week . Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.

As ATB’s next SAP Security Analyst, you will play a key role within the Core Banking Security team, managing workforce identity and access controls across non-production and production SAP environments. You will directly handle day-to-day access requests and incidents in ServiceNow, perform SAP role development, manage Firefighter IDs (FFIDs) and test accounts, and execute role rationalization to align user access with least-privilege standards. Collaborating across project and operational teams using Google Workspace, you will troubleshoot complex authorization issues and deliver security-minded access solutions that protect system integrity without hindering daily business operations.

Manage daily workforce access operations by triaging and resolving security incidents and access requests in ServiceNow across non-production and production SAP environments.

Execute SAP role development, user provisioning, system and test ID creation, and emergency access management using SAP Firefighter IDs (FFID).
