Empower and Lead the TECA Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tax (focused on compliance and reporting), Corporate Actions, and Estate Operations teams. You will ensure precision in complex tasks, including income reconciliation, tax slip reporting, corporate action processing, adherence to regulatory guidelines (CRA, IRS, FATCA, CRS), and the meticulous, sensitive handling of estate settlements, legal document reviews, and asset transfers.
Drive Strategic Execution & Technology Adoption: Contribute directly to our overarching strategy by identifying opportunities to fuel our operational engine through technology and modern processes. You will lead your team’s participation in firm and industry projects, guiding them through change management and technological adoption to build capacity for future shifts.

University Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or equivalent related operational leadership experience.
