Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical SME - Basis & HANA Operations to lead and govern SAP technical operations within our SAP RISE landscape.
The role will act as the primary technical authority for SAP Basis, HANA Database Administration, SAP cloud operations, and service governance, ensuring stable, secure, compliant, and high-performing SAP environments.
The candidate will serve as the bridge between internal business teams, SAP RISE managed services, hosting providers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and application support teams to drive service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Skills:
- SAP Basis and HANA operations & Governance
- Experience managing SAP environments hosted on cloud platforms through SAP RISE.
- Experience in backup - recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability activities.
- Hand-on experiences in SAP System Upgrades, Patching & Release Management.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Focused Run, or equivalent monitoring tools.
- Stakeholder Management
- Technical Leadership &Supplier Management.
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
