SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops, configuration, WRICEF development, cutover, data migration, testing, user training, and hyper-care support.
• Design chart of accounts structures from business requirements into system specifications.
• Drive FICO integrations with SD, MM, PP, PM, HCM, and Project Systems.
• Support Controlling processes, including COPA, and reporting and planning through SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement enhancements for financial processes and system performance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of SAP FICO experience is mandatory.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, version 1609 or above, are required.
• Strong expertise in FICO blueprinting, configuration, WRICEF development, cutover, data migration, testing, training, and hyper-care is required.
• Experience designing chart of accounts structures aligned with business requirements is required.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP FICO expertise across FI and CO modules is mandatory.
• Required areas include FI New GL, Profit Center Accounting, New Asset Accounting, bank accounting interfaces, AR, AP, GL, and Asset Management.
• Required CO areas include Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and COPA.
• Experience with intercompany processes, financial integrations, and SAP Analytics Cloud is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Treasury and Risk Management is preferred.
• Exposure to Funds Management and Group Reporting is preferred.
• FI-PS integration, Results Analysis setup, and contracting procedures are preferred.
