Position Information
IT Business Analyst supporting automotive dealership operations and digital technology delivery.
The role is based in Dubai and reports to the Director of Digital and Technology for Automotive and Logistics.
The position bridges automotive operations and technology delivery while supporting ERPNext/DMS implementation.
Business Requirements and Process Excellence
- Lead the definition, documentation, and validation of requirements for ERPNext/DMS and future digital initiatives.
- Map and optimize dealership processes with primary focus on After-Sales service, workshop, and spare parts operations.
- Conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analyses and propose industry-aligned improvements.
Automotive Domain Leadership
- Act as the subject matter expert for automotive dealership operations.
- Ensure ERP and DMS designs reflect practical dealership workflows.
- Guide ERPNext/DMS configuration decisions and promote scalable standards.
Audit, Governance, and Engagement
- Ensure business processes and system requirements are documented and audit-ready.
- Support internal audit reviews, remediation, governance, control, and traceability.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and facilitate stakeholder workshops and validation meetings.
Solution Delivery and Improvement
- Work with ERPNext/DMS implementation and integration partners.
- Maintain functional design documents, process maps, and specifications.
- Coordinate with development, integration, and testing teams to ensure requirements are delivered as intended.
- Identify automation and standardization opportunities and contribute to the automotive digital roadmap.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum seven years as an IT Business Analyst within an automotive dealership environment.
- Mandatory hands-on After-Sales experience in service, workshop, and spare parts operations.
- Experience supporting warranty, job cards, technician scheduling, parts inventory, and customer service workflows.
- Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems, ERP platforms, process optimization, and multi-branch or multi-market dealership operations.
- English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
