About the Role
The employer is hiring an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant.
The role focuses on warehouse process design, configuration, integration, and logistics operations.
The contract duration is 4–5 months, with an immediate start indicated.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP EWM warehouse structures, including warehouse numbers, storage types, sections, bins, and activity areas.
- Configure inbound processes such as goods receipt, put-away strategies, and slotting.
- Configure outbound picking, wave, batch, and zone picking, packing, and goods issue.
- Integrate EWM with SAP MM, PP, and TM.
- Support automated warehouse systems and RF or mobile data entry.
- Configure Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order Management.
- Support Labour Management, Yard Management, and exception handling.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Provide training, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 5–6 years of strong SAP EWM experience.
- Hands-on SAP EWM configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
