- Provide technical and/or functional consultancy in one or more SAP modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure, customize, and support SAP applications in accordance with business needs and best practices
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Provide end user training and prepare user manuals and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support to ensure system stability and performance
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and migration activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise applications
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and knowledge transfer materials
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and governance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or support
- Hands on experience in at least one SAP module (HCM, BI, Ariba, MM/WM, EHSM, PM, FICO, PS, GRC)
- Experience in end to end SAP implementation projects and/or application support engagements
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration concepts
- Experience in preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, support end users, and ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or support.
- Hands on experience in at least one SAP module listed above.
- Experience in end to end SAP implementation projects and/or application support engagements.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration concepts.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in the relevant module(s).
- Experience working in large enterprise or oil & gas environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and SAP best practices.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
