Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP C4C experience covering SDK development and functional configuration.
- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Applications Studio, ABSL, BODL, custom business objects, extension fields, embedded components, OData services, and lifecycle management.
- Solid functional knowledge of C4C Sales and/or Service processes, including accounts, leads, opportunities, activities, visits, tickets, SLAs, and categorization.
- Experience with C4C master data, business partners, employees, organizational management, and ID mapping with ERP or S/4HANA.
- Integration experience with SAP CPI or Integration Suite, standard C4C-ERP or S/4HANA content, OData or SOAP APIs, and message monitoring.
- Experience resolving replication and synchronization defects between C4C and SAP ERP or S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and translate needs into solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or migration from C4C to V2.
- SAP certification in C4C, Sales Cloud, or SAP Cloud Applications Studio.
- Experience in automotive, retail, financial services, or another relevant industry sales process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SAP Cloud for Customer solutions using the SDK and functional configuration capabilities.
- Create and manage custom business objects, extension fields, embedded components, and OData services.
