Role overview
Design, develop, integrate, and support complex SAP C4C, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud technical solutions.
Work across the complete technical development lifecycle and contribute to solution architecture for complex IT landscapes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical fit-gap analysis and propose scalable SAP best-practice solutions.
- Develop complex solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio SDK, including business objects, extensions, fields, logic, screens, and UI components.
- Perform C4C administration, scoping, fine-tuning, lifecycle management, tenant management, and deployment.
- Implement integrations with S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, middleware, and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Work on mashups, UI integrations, tracing, debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Own technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and support technical capability development.
Required qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech, or MBA qualification.
- At least 8 years of SAP consulting and technical delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio SDK, ABSL, and BODL.
