SAP BW Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BW/BW on HANA/BW/4HANA environments.
Monitor and resolve issues related to Process Chains, Data Loads, DTPs, Info Packages, and data extraction.
Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, load failures, authorization issues, and reporting problems.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Monitor BW job performance and optimize data loading processes.
Coordinate transports across Development, QA, and Production environments.
Work closely with Basis, ABAP, Functional, and Infrastructure teams.
Enhancements & Development
Develop and maintain the end-to-end flow in the BW system
Develop and troubleshoot Start, End, Field, and Expert Routines.
Support BEx Queries and reporting enhancements.
Perform performance tuning of BW objects and queries.
BW Inventory Assessment & Rationalization
Perform comprehensive inventory of SAP BW landscapes.
Document BW objects
Analyze object dependencies and end-to-end data lineage.
Identify unused, obsolete, and redundant BW objects.
Support application rationalization and BW cleanup initiatives.
Document custom developments and embedded business logic.
Assist in preparing migration readiness assessments for BW modernization/BW exit programs.
