Role Overview
The company is hiring an Automation Specialist for its Operational Excellence team.
The role involves Python, Power Platform, and AI or LLM-driven workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
The stated location is Mumbai, and the role requires 4–5 years of experience in automation consulting or a similar role.
Automation Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into automated flows and scripts, including AI-augmented workflows.
- Create Power Automate flows and integrate model-driven and canvas apps.
- Create Adaptive Cards through Microsoft Teams and Outlook using Power Automate and Power BI APIs.
- Store and retrieve data through PowerApps, Power Automate, databases, and SharePoint Lists.
- Connect SharePoint, REST APIs, databases, Dataflows, and vector or embedding stores.
AI and Application Development
- Design RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and grounded response generation.
- Integrate LLM APIs for summarization, classification, extraction, and conversational interfaces.
- Build agentic workflows with multi-step, tool-using automations and orchestration logic.
