About the Role
We are hiring an SAP Ariba Consultant for a strategic localization initiative in Riyadh. You will provide L2/L3 support, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba in a live environment
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing & Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
- Support integrations with SAP ERP / S/4HANA via CIG
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Assist users with training, guidance, and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of SAP Ariba experience (support or implementation)
- Strong knowledge of P2P & S2C
- Hands on expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, Ariba Network
- Experience with CIG integration, APIs, IDocs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or ticketing tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving & communication skills
- SAP Ariba Certification (nice to have)
- Exposure to S/4HANA integration & ERP systems (nice to have)
- Experience in AMS / support projects (nice to have)

- We are looking for a talented SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team in Riyadh and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing procurement solutions.
- This role forms part of a strategic localization initiative with a leading organization in Riyadh.
What You’ll Do
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba in a live environment
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines

What We’re Looking For
- 3–8+ years of SAP Ariba experience (support or implementation)
- Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) & S2C (Source to Contract)
- Hands on expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing / Contracts, Ariba Network
- Experience with CIG integration, APIs, IDocs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or ticketing tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving & communication skills
Nice to Have
- SAP Ariba Certification
