Join CPKC as an SAP ABAP Developer and help deliver the technology solutions that power our revenue and customer billing operations. Leveraging your ABAP development expertise and experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance solutions across our SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape. In this role, you will drive process improvements, support critical business initiatives, and solve complex challenges in a dynamic enterprise environment. Maintain and support CPKC’s SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Revenue Management systems, ensuring stable and effective business operations
Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, and change requests for the Lead-to-Cash value chain, including issue resolution and documentation
Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD, FICA, FIAR, and BRIM processes across multiple business areas
Configure and enhance SAP SD, FICA, and FIAR solutions, including ABAP development and system customization
Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop functional, technical, and system design specifications
Develop, test, and implement system enhancements, support packages, OSS Notes, and transports across SAP environments
Create and execute test plans and integration testing using QTest, collaborating with teams supporting CRM, TM/EM, CO, PM, HR, PS, BI, and SAC
Produce technical documentation, deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
