Sample Preparation Supervisor

AHK AB Minerals Arabia has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Preparation Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Chief Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sample preparation activities and client services functions.

The priority for this position will be to organize the production schedule and work closely with the work order entry group and the Sample Preparation staff to ensure client instructions are followed correctly.

In this role, you will maintain operational compliance by following Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and standard operating procedures, keeping precise records, using calibrated equipment, and supporting new Quality Assurance initiatives.

Additionally, you will demonstrate strong leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by enforcing safety policies, ensuring your team wears required PPE, providing safe lab equipment, and ensuring full compliance with OHS legislation.

You will also proactively address compliance concerns and drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability culture across the business unit.
