About The Role
The Sample Logistic Coordinator, Sample Management is responsible for overseeing activities for all incoming sample shipments/reception:
Monitor all incoming sample shipments.
Coordinate sample reception between QC, technician and Watson Designers
Manages all sample discrepancies
Update all informatics systems with pertinent sample reception information
What you'll Do Here
Create technician schedule and update based on priorities
Ensure all sample receptions are completed in a timely manner
Participate reviewing forms to ensure Good Documentation Practice
Monitor all incoming sample shipments and create card in Kanbanize or SharePoint
Complete sample reception documentation
Identify areas for improvements to ensure productivity
Participate in process improvements initiatives.
Update milestones for all receptions in the project management system
Implement new informatic tools to increase operations efficiency
Review and update SOP
Write deviations, investigate root cause and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordinate with the team deviations completion in a timely manner
Create and maintain all study discrepancy trackers
Updates sample discrepancies in Watson LIMS
Communicate and collaborate with principal investigators and study designers for the resolution of discrepancies
Investigate and initiate reconciliation when necessary
Collects data, initiates and writes justification for CRAMs
Generates and provides KPI QC reports such as deviations and discrepancies to management
Present at group meetings
To conduct all work in compliance with SOPs, GLPs, GCPs and observe all company guidelines and policies.
Communicate and provide appropriate documentation to customs and/or Courier when necessary
To perform any other tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Diploma of College Studies in Sciences or B.Sc.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sample management
Data Entry
Good communication in both French and English
Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP and TPD regulation is an asset.
Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset.
Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Knowledge of SharePoint Office 365 would be an asset
Knowledge of Watson LIMS would be an asset

Able to function with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task with attention to details
