We are seeking a welcoming and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team.
As the face of the salon, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Main Duties
- Greet clients politely and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Organize and manage appointment bookings efficiently
- Handle phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services and prices
- Oversee client check-in and check-out processes, including payments and daily cash handling
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-presented at all times
- Assist in promoting salon services and products
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality
- Address and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using booking systems and salon software
- Ability to manage payments, accounts, and basic financial tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good command of the English language (minimum “Very Good”)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably within a salon environment) is required
