Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth daily workflow in the salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and daily cash management
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support marketing and promotion of services and products
- Manage client records with full confidentiality
- Handle customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer
- Ability to use salon systems and handle bookings efficiently
- Ability to manage accounts, payments, and basic financial tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ”Very Good” English language level
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience is required (preferably in a salon or similar environment)
