- Identify and qualify prospective clients
- Conduct site visits and present landscaping solutions that align with client needs and budgets
- Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth handover
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Represent Verdant Landscapes professionally, attend industry events when needed, and contribute to meeting sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, real estate, or related services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long term client relationships
- Ability to understand basic landscaping concepts, site conditions, and project scopes to communicate solutions clearly to clients
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to manage leads, opportunities, and documentation
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and self motivation, with a results oriented approach and willingness to work on site and in the field
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage

Qualifications
