Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.

The Salesperson will actively identify new business opportunities, build, and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of MonoBIM’s services within the AEC sector.

Key responsibilities will include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, understanding client needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven client engagement and interpersonal skills, with experience in building strong professional relationships.
  • Sales strategy, negotiation, and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to evaluate client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and efficiently manage time across on-site and remote work.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related sales tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
